I only liked the second wish (it was creative), and the concept of the genie, who reminded me a of Mrs. Doubtfire who floats. LOL
The hero had the done-already hang-ups-such as: the addict birth mother (also the birth mother who showed no love) and the pushing-the-heroine-away for her own good, and I think I am desensitized to that right now.
The heroine didn't impress me much after age 14. Later on in the book, I hung on to the hope of a climax and didn't get it, so...no, this one I'll leave. Good thing the KA books I've enjoyed outweigh the ones I didn't. This has happened even with Nora Roberts(I disliked about 25 of her gazillion books LOL), one of my fave authors also.
